*Registration Form*: Completion of the field education registration form.
*Training Plan*: A plan outlining the training objectives and areas of application.
*Recommendation from Academic Supervisor*: A recommendation letter from the academic supervisor confirming the student's readiness for training.
*Health Insurance*: A valid health insurance document.
*Copy of National ID*: A copy of the national ID or residency permit.
*Commitment and Signature*: A signed commitment from the student outlining the terms of the service.
