Ministerial Agency of Civil Affairs

Electronic service allows beneficiaries to book a new appointment or modify a previous appointment to visit the Civil Affairs Office while displaying the requirements for implementing the required service before the visit

Enter the Absher platform and choose appointments > Civil Status > Book an appointment.

The electronic service is available to all active and inactive Absher beneficiaries.
Appointments can be booked starting at the current hour.
It is not possible to add more than 5 services to each appointment.
There should not be duplication of appointments or overlapping on the same date and time for the same beneficiary for the Civil Status Sector.
Only valid appointments can be modified or canceled 24 hours before the appointment time.
Modifying the current appointment will result in it being canceled when the modification is confirmed. "
