An electronic service that allows patients at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) facilities or affiliated health centers to reviewing the inbox in case there are incoming messages other than medication refill messages, requesting a new appointment, expiration of eligibility, or a response requesting a new report, viewing messages issued from the complaints and suggestions icon, and submitting suggestions and complaints to the Patient Services Department, without the need to visit MNGHA premises.
