Establishing a family fund

National Center for Non-Profit Sector

This service allows citizens to establish family funds electronically to enhance kinship ties, foster a spirit of solidarity, harmony, and compassion, and organize acts of benevolence among family members, without the need to visit the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.

Log in to the platform through NAFAZ Access.

Click on the button for non-profit entities establishment services.

Select the entity type "Family Fund".

Specify the type of fund and add the required data for each type, including the name or names of the families served by the fund and their relation to them.

Fill out the security disclosure form and declare the member's joining to the fund.

Display the member's data and upload their educational certificates and experiences.

Add the entity's headquarters and its geographical scope of operation.

Add the national address data for the fund.

Add and specify the goals of the fund and commit to activating the fund after establishment.

Determine the value of periodic subscriptions.

Set the terms for the Executive Director.

Add members to the fund.

Review and submit the application.

After submitting the application and the members' approval to join the entity, it is reviewed by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development and the supervising and specialized authorities to issue the establishment decision.

Members must be of Saudi nationality.

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have good conduct and behavior

Must be fully competent

Must be related to the person in whose name the fund is registered

Acknowledgment of serving no less than 10 individuals if the type of the fund is "Fund for Oneself".
Entering the required individual’s data if the type of the fund is "Fund in the Name of an Affiliated Individual".
Entering the families' data and their relation if the type of the fund is "Fund in a General Name Serving One or More Families".
Defining the objectives of the fund and committing to activate them after establishment.
Adding the members of the board of directors and the founding members of the fund.
Agreeing to the terms and conditions related to the fund.
