An e-service that allows the exchange of financial information according to MULTILATERAL COMPETENT AUTHORITY AGREEMENT ON THE EXCHANGE OF COUNTRY-BY-COUNTRY REPORTS based on transfer pricing bylaws (Bylaws), all Taxpayers in the Kingdom whom their annual consolidated revenue of the Multinational Enterprise Groups (MNE Group) to which they belong exceeds SAR 3.2 Billion during the year immediately preceding the current Reporting Year, as reflected in the MNE Groups Consolidated Financial Statements for that preceding year.
