Change beneficiary status

General Organization for Social Insurance

The service allows customers to report any change in the status of the beneficiary electronically, while verifying the validity of the report through the electronic link with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice. This service contributes to preserving the rights of beneficiaries and ensuring the continuation of the monthly entitlement payment.

Start the service

Share The Page

Click on “Start Service” and log in.
Choose the “Change Beneficiary Status” service from the list of requests.
Choose the status you want to update, fill in the required data, then click the “Continue” button
Agree on the declaration and then click on the “Submit Application” button.
You will be notified by text messages for this service upon receipt and completion of the order and any updates made to it. You can also follow the order from here

Change the educational status of males.
Change the marital status of females.
Change the employment status of family members beneficiaries.
Change the health status.

To change the educational status of males:
A study transcript, academic record, graduation certificate, or cancellation of enrollment in the absence of data.
To change the marital status of females:
A divorce certificate, marriage contract, or proof of widowhood in the absence of data.
To change health status:
Death certificate or medical authority report in the absence of data.
To change employment status:
The decision to appoint, start or leave work in the absence of data.
