The categories are as follows: Engineering Expert (40 to 60 points). Professional Engineering Expert (61 to 70 points). Senior Engineering Expert (71 points and above). The point accumulation mechanism is based on the criteria outlined in the Technical Experts Registration and Classification Standards Guide and the service conditions.
