An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which allows companies planning to conduct Assemblies, whether Ordinary or Extraordinary, to notify the Ministry about the Assembly's proceedings. This can be done by submitting an application online, along with the results of the Assembly and all necessary documents as stipulated by the Companies Law, thus eliminating the need for physical visits to the Ministry branches.
