Social Development Bank

From the Individual Products page, choose restoration financing
On the request page for new financing, the branch is selected
Fill in the private data and the available customer data is recalled with certainty
Acknowledge the accuracy of all data and save the application
In the event that there is a guarantor, the sponsor’s work data is filled out (in the event that there is a direct connection between the bank and the employer, the data is automatically recalled)
Choose the required monthly installment and the option to subscribe to the Zod product

General conditions for financing restoration: -
The borrower's age must not be less than (18) years and not more than (70) years.
The monthly income should not exceed (14,500 riyals)
The sponsor's age must not exceed (55) years.
The applicant for financing must have a home ownership document.
The minimum age of the house is (5) years.
If the bank has previously submitted a financing request for the same property, a period of no less than
five years must have passed from the date the previous financing was disbursed.
The land area of the building to be restored should not exceed 1,000 square metres.
The value of the funding allocated for the restoration of houses built of mud is (18,000) eighteen thousand riyals.
The maximum limit for financing the restoration of popular homes is (30,000) thirty thousand riyals.
The maximum financing limit for the restoration of homes built with reinforced concrete is (60,000) sixty thousand riyals.

Government employee/government :
copy of the applicant’s ID.
IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
Statement of account for the last 3 salaries certified by the Commercial Bank.
A copy of the house’s deed from both sides (or a copy of the ownership contract if the house is owned by a commercial bank or company).
A copy of a valid restoration license from the municipality.
A certificate of contributory periods and wages whose issuance date does not exceed 60 days from Social Insurance website (if the applicant is subject to the Social Insurance system).
If there are heirs or partners; It requires sharing the following files:
Identity copies of all heirs or partners.
A copy of the inheritance registration instrument.
A waiver and power of attorney form certified by the mayor and the police and signed by all heirs or partners.
Copies of the identities of the witnesses who signed the waiver and power of attorney form.

private sector employee:
A photo of the applicant's ID.
IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
A detailed definition of the applicant’s salary, certified by the Chamber of Commerce, signed and stamped by the applicant’s employer, and the date of its signature not exceeding 60 days.
A copy of the house deed on both sides (or a copy of the ownership contract if the house is owned by a commercial bank or company).
A copy of a valid restoration license from the municipality.
A certificate of joint periods and wages for the applicant, the date of its issuance not exceeding 60 days from Social Insurance website.
A copy of the sponsor's ID.
A detailed definition of the sponsor’s salary, signed and stamped by the sponsor’s employer, and whose signature date does not exceed 60 days.
A certificate of joint periods and wages for the sponsor, the date of its issuance not exceeding 60 days from Social Insurance website (If it is subject to the social insurance system).
