Submit an application to participate in a seminar / conference outside the Kingdom electronically through the series of credits

The university employee submits a request to attend a conference or seminar through the link to provide service to the head of the department and attaches with his request all the documents related to the conference or symposium and requires completing his data.
After submitting the application to the head of the department, the application is considered for acceptance or rejection, in the event of acceptance, the application is submitted to the Dean of the College.
After submitting to the Dean of the College, a committee consisting of (the Dean of the College, the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and the Head of the Scientific Department) is formed and the committee recommends approval or rejection, in the event of approval, the application is submitted to the Department of Cultural Relations and referred to the supervisor of the Conferences, Seminars and Workshops Unit.
The Department of Cultural Relations studies the application and ensures that the conditions are met, if the conditions are met, the application is submitted to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
In the event of the approval of the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, the application shall be submitted to His Excellency the President of the University.
In the event of the approval of His Excellency the President of the University, the application shall be submitted to the Ministry of Education.
In the event of the approval of the Ministry of Education, the approval letter and its number shall be referred to the Planning and Budget Department to consider the financial dues, assignment, and fees, and then referred to the Personnel Department.
The Personnel Department registers the information and approves the decision and then refers it to the Passenger Section.
The passenger section issues the boarding order and records all its information.
The applicant shall deliver the boarding order and the decision to approve the application.
