Immunization - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

Immunization service encapsulates a listed information of recommended vaccinations and a detailed overview of any previous vaccinations. The relevant information on immunization is shared in accordance with a patient’s age, gender, and medical history.

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.
