King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

The Documents and Report section gives you a one-stop storage destination to store all the test reports, medical history, health profile, and other relevant information. With all documents and reports at one place, and accessible 7/24, Patients can also view the summary of their medical documents, save or print them, or request a new report when needed using this service.

Click on the service link above to go to the Altakhassusi page.
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on the “Services” icon.
Click on " documents & reports " link
Request for a new medical report, please click on the "request" button, Choose the doctor and the reason for requesting of the medical report. An alert message will appear stating "your request is registered".
On the main page, another message will appear stating "the request is under process" • Click on the " details " button next to each report type to view the previous reports. You can save, and print the medical report by clicking on the " Download Report ".

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.

Enter the national ID, Iqama, or border number to log in through the NAFATH service.
The mobile number registered in the NAFATH service to receive the one-time code.
Download the NAFATH application to log in.
