Vital Signs - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

The vital signs e-service keeps a record of basic health parameters of a patient like height, weight, blood pressure, and BMI and allows a patient and the physician to keep a check in the case of any alarming or sudden change noticed.

You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on “Health Profile” icon
Click on " Vital signs " link
Click the tag next to each 'vital sign' to view a graph of your vital signs, and you can also save and print them.

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.
