Pathology Reports - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

This e-service is where you can access all the previous pathology reports and procedure reports for a fresh inquiry or general evaluation. The KFSH&RC team works in a high-standard scientific environment for clinical tests, giving a patient high-accuracy pathology reports to be trusted without any doubt.

You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on the “Services” icon.
Click on " pathology reports " link
Choose the report or the procedure you want to view to read or download the report.

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.

Enter the national ID, Iqama, or border number to log in through the NAFATH service.
The mobile number registered in the NAFATH service to receive the one-time code.
Download the NAFATH application to log in.
