This service enables patients to give their valuable feedback about the health services provided. The service of adding suggestions provides a channel of communication between the patient and the KFSH&RC team, which benefits both alike to improve the quality of the service provided.

You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on the "Altakhassusi Feedback Center Icon” on the right lower corner of the page.
Click on " post a suggestion ".
Select the Hospital (Riyadh, Jeddah or Medina), and write down your suggestion in the comments box, then click " submit "

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
