Personal Profile - Altakhassusi

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

A personal profile keeps a recorded data of a patient’s relevant personal information like address, phone number, email, and so on. The information can be updated as per any recent changes. The e-service also allows the patient to give authorization to other people to access his/her medical record and view others medical records that he/she has been allowed to access.

Click on the service link above to go to the Altakhassusi page.
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)
Click on " personal profile " link to view the all the personal information of the patient
Click on " update " to update your information, and an " Update my information " window will open
Click on " submit " button to save any changes
To add a person and give him/her the authority to access your medical record, click on " add " button at the corner of the " people I authorize to access my medical record " window" Authorize access to your record " window will open
Type the username, choose the relation, and choose the duration of authorization, then click on the " save " button.

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.

Enter the national ID, Iqama, or border number to log in through the NAFATH service.
The mobile number registered in the NAFATH service to receive the one-time code.
Download the NAFATH application to log in.
copy of National ID,Family card or Iqama to update Personal profile.
