After qualifying, the importer can create an import permit request

Entering the barley importer qualification service
To review the terms of service, and the necessity of agreeing to them in order to continue the application
Identity verification
Enter the verification code sent to the entered mobile phone
Enter basic data
Upload the required attachments
Entering warehouses/storage stations
Fill out a warehouse/storage station data form
More than one station/storage depot can be added
Review the application
Evaluate the service and receive the request

The importer must obtain import permission at least (30) days before the arrival of the shipment and submit the required certificates for clearance permission (10) days before the arrival of the shipment.
Compliance with the technical standard specifications for importing barley approved by the General Authority for Food Security .
Providing inspection certificates accredited by neutral international companies and if you want to qualify new inspection companies, apply to the organization .
The port of arrival must be one of the Kingdom’s sea ports.
Commitment to specify the storage and packaging location of the importing company.
In the event that the importer does not comply with his obligations, the institution has the right to cancel the import permit.

Phytosanitary and certified by the Saudi embassy in the exporting country.
It is free of radiation and mentions the results of the tests.
The shipment is free of genetically modified grains and the results of the analyzes are mentioned.
The cleanliness of the ship and its suitability for transporting feed materials, and the last 3 loads are mentioned therein.
The grains are free from contagious epidemic diseases,
A fumigation certificate from the approved company stating the type of material used, exposure time, ventilation time, and the dose used per metric ton.
