Farmer account closing service

General Food Security Authority (GFSA)

This service allows the farmer to request closing his wheat supply account for this season. The farmer must finish supplying his entire quantity of wheat. According to the quantity allocated to it by the Ministry of Agriculture

Enter the Authority’s website.
Go to the Mahasoli platform and log in.
Choose “Closing the farmer's account” from the top navigation bar.
Upload basic attachments.
Uploading the required attachments to disburse the heirs’ entitlements.
Uploading the required attachments to disburse minors’ dues.
List of wheat shipments that you supplied at the organization’s branches for the current agricultural season, with the ability to search for a specific shipment.
Approval of the closure request.
Add general notes
Approval of the commitment.
Enter the code to confirm and save the order.

This service is intended to confirm the completion of the supply of the farmer's entire quantity of wheat for this season.
When the request is saved, the system will automatically cancel all appointments previously reserved for the farmer and not used until the date of the request.

Attach a copy of the national ID.
A bank certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank.
A document specifying the heirs, and a legal power of attorney from the heirs or a guardianship over minors among them, in order to pay the heirs’ dues.
Bring the original documents for verification.
A bank certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank for the account of the agent or guardian.
A pledge from the agent that all attached documents are correct and that the amounts received will be delivered to the heirs.
The national identity of the principal and agent.
The amount due to the heirs will be transferred to the account of the legal agent.
It is necessary to open a bank account in the name of the minor and attach a bank certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank for the minor’s account, the national ID, if any, or the family registry, in order to disburse the minor’s dues.
