Update passport information for residents

General Directorate of Passports

Enabling individuals registered and activated on the Absher platform to update the passport information of family members or workers electronically.

Login to Absher account.
Click Labor Services.
Click Services.
Click Update passport information.
For companions:
Login to Absher account.
Family Member Services .
Click Services.
Click Update passport information.

First: The conditions that must be met by the sponsor:
To be alive.
He should not be wanted by security forces.
Second: Conditions that must be met by the family member or worker:
To be alive.
He should not be wanted by security forces.
No traffic violations.
He must be inside the Kingdom while requesting the service.
He must not be registered as a “fugitive” in the system.
Information on an expired passport or one with 6 months or less left to expire will not be transferred.
The passport must not have been previously amended by Absher within the last 5 years.
