a service that allows the plaintiff/defendant or their representatives to request a discontinuance of proceeding in a case

Log in to Najiz Portal using "NAFATH" account
On the dashboard, click judiciary
Select the case
Select applications
Select submit a new application
Select discontinuance of proceeding with the case application
Enter the content of the application
Submit the application
The beneficiary will be notified with an SMS with the application
Log in to Najiz using "NAFATH" account to track the status

Valid agency includes the article of pleading and applying for overturn, if the applicant is an agent to the beneficiary
Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the beneficiary
This application is permissible on cases of first instance and appeals
The case status must fit one of the following:
Awaiting the study preparations.
Under consideration in appeals.
Awaiting revision of the study draft.
Awaiting discussion.
Awaiting first report.
Awaiting the approval of hearing.
The user can enter the required discontinuance period from 1-6 months
The beneficiary may specify the reasons for the application
The beneficiary must not apply for a discontinuance of proceeding in a case if there is an unconsidered previous application

Legal articles related to the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation
the service does not require visiting the court.
