Request to Create a Clearance Permit

General Food Security Authority (GFSA)

The importer can create a clearance permit request for any of the approved import permits

Service Level Agreement

Share The Page

Login to the import platform
Login to the clearance request service.
Fill out the custom form.
Agree to the terms and submit the application.

A valid and effective import permit from the Food Security Authority is required.
The quantity stipulated in the clearance permit must not exceed the total unexhausted quantity within the import permit.
The port of arrival and the expected date must be specified.
The country of origin and the name of the supplier must be specified.
The name of the ship/ships must be specified.
The required attachments must be entered.
The storage location must be determined.

A copy of the graphic health certificate from the country of origin.
A copy of the bill of lading.
A copy of the radiation-free certificate.
A copy of the certificate that the grains are free from infectious epidemic diseases.
A copy of the examination certificate containing the results.
A copy of the certificate that the shipment is free of genetically modified grains.
A copy of the commercial invoice.
A fumigation certificate from the implementation company and the type of material used in fumigation.
