General Organization for Social Insurance

This service enables beneficiary to modify dependent details.

Service Level Agreement

Start the service

Share The Page

Click on “Start Service”.
Fill the personal data.
Upload the required documents (pdf, png, jpg, jpeg).
Agree to the acknowledgment and complete the request.

Applicants must be beneficiaries of one of the following benefits: Retirement Benefit, Prisoner's Family Benefit, Non-Occupational Disability Benefit, Occupational Hazard Benefit.
The beneficiary must have contribution periods beforer 1/1/1422 AH

Attach a proof of study document for the dependent student from 21 to 26 years old.
Attach the documents of marriage, divorce, widowhood for the dependents.
Attach the graduation certificate or the folding of registration for the dependent son who dropped out of school.
Attach the medical reports of the disabled dependent.
Attach the death certificate of the dependent.
