Click on Options – 3dots and then choose “Cancel the request to add a contributor service from GOSI law to PPA law”
Check the request summary and then click approve.
You wil recieve a text message containg the request ID, to follow up click here

The applicant shall be the beneficiary.
Submit waiver application before payment of pension.
Existence of an joining request according to a previous benefit exchange law.
Absence of join request.
Joining date request must be before the waiver date.
