It is a service provided to government agencies and private agencies across the Kingdom, which have an approved and unused coordination report from construction licenses, where they are allowed to submit a request to cancel a project coordination report through the Baladi portal, entering the reason for canceling the report, and the request goes through a coordination and approval cycle and in the event Acceptance by the Coordination Office entities, the report will be canceled and the project site will be made available to other parties. The project coordination report will also be canceled by the Coordination Office as well as by the system if the project does not start at the time specified in the work plan and also if the building permit for the project coordination report is not issued.
