Student Grievance Service

King Khalid University

The Student Grievance Service allows students to submit grievances regarding academic or administrative decisions that affect them. Students can use this service to request a review of decisions and assert their rights in accordance with the university's regulations and policies.

Start the service

Share The Page

Access the university's electronic services portal.
Select "Student Grievance Service" from the list of services.
Fill out the grievance form with the required information.
Upload the supporting documents and evidence.
Submit the request and wait for a response.

The student must be registered at the university.
The grievance must relate to a significant academic or administrative decision.
The grievance must be submitted within the specified period after the decision is issued.
The grievance must be supported by the necessary evidence and required documents.
