Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority

This e-service allows possessors of excise goods to submit a declaration of goods subject to excise tax when excise tax law or any other regulation is enacted or amended, or any decisions are issued, resulting in expanding the scope of application of excise tax.

The excise goods must not be placed under a pending mode for the customs duties, or a pending mode for the excise tax, and not owned by a government entity, and it must be dedicated for commercial purposes.
