King Khalid University

An electronic service provided by King Khalid University, allowing researchers to submit their scientific papers for review by specialized committees, with the ability to track the research status until the final evaluation. The system also enables the identification of reviewers from within and outside the university without the need to visit the university premises.

Create a new account or log in if you already have one.
Select the type of article or research you wish to submit.
Fill out the electronic form with basic information (research title, authors, abstract).
Upload the research paper in PDF format following the journal's guidelines.
Review general requirements and ensure the paper aligns with the journal's standards.
Submit the paper and wait for peer review feedback.
Track the submission status through your account until receiving the acceptance or rejection decision.

The research must be original and not published in any other journal.
Adherence to research ethics and publishing standards.
The research should fall within the journal’s field of specialization.
The research must be submitted according to the journal’s approved template.
The research should be submitted in the language required by the journal (Arabic or English).

Submit the research in Word or PDF format according to the journal’s template.
A CV for the researcher(s).
A declaration form confirming the originality of the research and that it has not been published elsewhere.
