General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service provided by the Real Estate Mediation Platform (Fal) that allows the creation of a Mediation Contract without the need to visit the entitys headquarters. The service aims to streamline mediation procedures between the property owner and the beneficiary by improving the mediation contract. Enhancements include allowing the use of non-electronic property deeds, adding more than one deed (whether electronic or non-electronic) to the contract, and adding a set of property-related fields. The service integrates with the real estate registry to ensure accuracy and reliability in transactions. The electronic deed may refer to a deed retrieved from the Ministry of Justice or the real estate registry.

To create a brokerage contract, the broker must have a valid Brokerage and Marketing License or a license for real estate platforms. The contract can be created by an individual broker or an establishment broker. If it's an establishment broker, the manager or any associated staff can create the contract. Multiple title deeds (electronic or non-electronic) can be included in the same contract. The end date of the brokerage contract must not exceed the license expiration date. If there’s a POA, the owner can view the contract without action. All parties can print the contract, showing a draft before approval. Upon logging in, all approved contracts related to them are displayed.
