Biometrics Verification Service

Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA)

An online service that allows users to complete transactions that require verification by biometrics by fingerprint and face recognition using mobile camera without the need of visiting the entity's headquarters.

Share The Page

When receiving a verification request from one of the platforms or applications, you will receive an alert that there is a verification request in the Nafath application.
Open the app to view the incoming request and then click on Accept Request.
You will see options for the order number, confirm the order number by matching it with the number shown on the service provider's platform/application.
Instructions for capturing biometric features will be displayed to begin the verification process.
Adjust the mobile mode according to the on-screen instructions, and then click on the capture button after it turns green.
You will see a message that the verification process has completed successfully, and you can return to the Service Provider's App/Platform to access the Services.

Downloading Nafath App.
Having a registered and active account in the National Digital Identity (Absher).

Submit a request through the official channels with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA).
Filling the applications provided from SDAIA to complete the request.
Signing the agreement and all documents the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence requires.
End users must (Citizens, immigrants, else) must have active account in Absher.
