Electronic Medical Record Details Review

Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA)

An electronic service that allows patients at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) facilities or affiliated health centers to view the medical record number, height, weight, blood type, and registered allirges of the user, in addition to displaying the body mass index, without the need to visit MNGHA premises.

Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.
Go to the Main Page in the Patient Services Portal.
Navigate to EMR screen.
Medical file information will appear automatically.

An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.
