Grant Access to a Family Member

Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA)

An electronic service that provides to patients at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) facilities or affiliated health centers the feature of granting an access to a family member to access a personal file, without the need to visit MNGHA premises.

Share The Page

Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.
Click on "Grant access" from the group management screen in the Patient Services portal.
Select the person to give the permission.
Select the validity period and click on save.

An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.
The person to be granted access must be a first-degree relative.
