An e-service for income tax registration, which applies to any individual or entity engaging in activities in the Kingdom, non-residents earning income from a source in the Kingdom, companies with non-Saudi partners, and those involved in the production of oil and hydrocarbons. Once the establishment is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, a Tax Identification Number (TIN) is generated. The taxpayer must then log in to the Authority's e-portal to complete the initial registration, and will be proactively enrolled in income tax services.
