Request to Release a Contract

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority

If you cannot get the certification due to ongoing appeal process or another reason, This e-service allows you to obtain the release of a contract used in specific contracts.

Share The Page

Log in to the ZATCA website
Go to "Zakat, Tax and Customs"
Select "Contract Release Application"
Select "New Request"
Fill in the form
Once approved, you will receive a notification of the contract release

Payment of payable dues
Submission of due returns
Payment of tax/zakat on the released contract

Copy of contract or purchase order
