Residents transaction Service

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service provided by the Real Estate Mediation Platform (Fal) that allows residents to register through the system and verify the accuracy of their registration or login on the platform. After that, the contract is presented to the resident for approval. The service also allows residents to manage their profiles within the system similar to citizens, without the need to visit the entity's headquarters.

The resident registers/logs in through the system.
The system allows managing the profile/changing the phone number.
The system allows using all services in (inquiries/property owner).
The resident logs into the system.
The resident clicks on the "Property Owner" button.
The resident clicks on the "Contract" button.
The resident can manage all contracts.

The system allows registration, login, and phone number changes for anyone with a valid residency ID, and the resident can manage their profile just like a Saudi citizen.
The system allows a resident to register only if they are 18 years old or older.
Any field labeled as (ID number/National ID number) should be updated to (National ID number/Residency number), except when adding an employee in the organization.
The resident can approve or reject all types of contracts if they are part of the contract, whether in mediation contracts with the owner or with the buyer/tenant. The resident can be the owner, buyer, tenant, or their representative. If the contract is with a company and the resident is listed in the commercial register, they do not need authorization.
If there is an electronic representation document (POA), the system allows the resident to view the contract without requiring any further actions.
The system verifies the validity of the residency each time the resident logs in or registers on the platform. If the residency is invalid, the system will deny the resident access.
On the homepage, the resident can only view or click on the inquiries and property owner button.
On the (Property Owner) page, the system allows the resident to use all services just like a citizen.
