Service Change Establishment Manager

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service that enables updating the registered manager of an entity, facilitating the process of data management and ensuring smooth delegation of responsibilities. This service ensures operational continuity and efficient administration without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Log in to the platform or create a new account if you don't have one.
Go to the "Change Facility Manager" service from the available options on the platform.

The system allows changing the facility manager if the applicant is in the list of owners.
The service is available through the user options.
The system stores information about the old manager as part of the history (ID, name, end date).
Two options for changing the manager: Assign myself or choose someone with authorization and an account in the system.
The system verifies the authorization validity for the new manager.
Notifications will be sent to the old/new manager.
The system saves the owner's data who made the change (ID, name, date).
