Invoice Service

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service provided by the Mulk platform that allows property owners in shared ownership units to organize relationships by creating new owner associations or joining existing ones. It also offers services for nomination, voting, and managing shared facilities, without the need to visit the authority.

Invoice issued and owner notified.
Start of the due period.
Define the payment period.

If the voting ends and the association is not activated, no invoices will be issued.
Invoices are issued immediately after the association is activated based on the due date (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Upcoming invoices are created without a number and are for display only; the number is assigned at the due date.
The invoice is considered "late" if not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Invoices are created based on the owner's property area.
The invoice cannot be modified after it is created.
Each owner has only one invoice number, with multiple copies, and it must include the association number.

The service aims to clarify the requirements for issuing invoices, processing payments, and documenting them within the Mullak platform. This comes after redesigning and re-engineering the related procedures. The scope of work includes:

Issuing invoices.
Viewing invoices by the owner.
Submitting a request to document the payment process.
Reviewing invoices.
Approving the payment documentation request.
Documenting the payment process by the property manager.
