Ownership Update

General Real Estate Authority

The Mullak system provides an electronic service to manage shared properties, ensure owners' rights, and promote cohabitation. The platform enables association creation, voting for presidents and property managers, setting subscription fees, and issuing invoices and enforcement bonds digitally.

Any error that occurs during any stage of the integration process must be recorded in the association's historical log.
If an issue occurs during the integration, a notification email must be sent to the operations employee.
If the integration is successful, a confirmation email must be sent to the operations employee.
A report must be generated using Excel after each stage of the integration and sent to the operations employee.
The owner’s ID number, deed number, and deed type must be retrieved from the owner’s personal file.
When verifying the owner’s data through the Ministry of Justice or the real estate registry, all data must be updated if any changes occur.

The purpose of this service is to document the requirements for updating ownership in the "Mullak" platform following the re-engineering of related procedures. The scope of the service includes:

Automatic ownership updates through the system.
Ownership updates by the operations employee.
Ownership updates by the property manager.
