Requesting Necessary Measures To Be Taken Based On Article 46

A service that allows the beneficiary (against whom it was executed) to request the lifting of executive procedures included in Article 46 after executing the content of the executive document

Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On
Choose all electronic services
Click on the "enforcement" icon
Click on " Requesting Necessary Measures To Be Taken Based On Article 46"
Click on "submit a new application"
Choose the relevant enforcement order
Click on "Other motions"
Choose "Apply for lifting of decision 46"
Add reason
Add attachment
Save and send
The enforcement debtor will be notified once the motion is approved

• A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
Application status must be: “Under enforcement" or "Enforced"
Decision 46 is valid
No demand for the same type of procedure has been filed

The enforcement debtor must be an individual or an authorized representative
No in-person visits are required

Individuals , Private Sector , Excellent stay , Small and micro enterprises , visitor , Commercial companies , Student , Non-profit organizations , Investor , resident , citizen , Gulf citizen
