Clearness of any negative data in the commercial register that might affect the credit solvency. Providing an unconditioned financial warranty amounting 100000 SR issued by one of the local banks. The applicant of the license of transacted estate delivery must be a legal company.If the applicant is an individual of a natural personality, the following must be considered:- The applicant must be wholly competent.- The applicant must be not sentenced with a misdemeanor of moral turpitude or impugns integrity, unless having been rehabilitated. The judicial guard must have a valid license of practicing the field of legal accounting or law.The license applicant must pass the training courses and tests set by the agency
