A service that allows the plaintiff to waive the case or some of the defendants 24 hours before the date of the first session

Choose " Request to leave dispute" service
Click on the "Submit a new application" icon
Choose the desired case
Selection of orders
Add a new order
Choose "Request to leave dispute"
Enter the application content data
Submission of the application
The beneficiary will be notified by text message with the application number

Waiver in favor of one or more defendants
The plaintiff or his representative are entitled to submit the application
Submitting the application must be one day prior to the session date
It is not possible to submit more than one application per case

Factors affecting acceptance of the application:
There is no first defense memorandum, in this case the application is automatically accepted
In the event of a first defense memorandum, the defendant has the right to:
Accepte the request. In this case, the case will be closed and its status becomes “ended by waiver.”
Non-response, before the start of the session and the request has not been responded to in this case it is automatically accepted
If the request is rejected, the case continues its normal course
If there are multiple defendants, and the request is accepted by some of them and rejected by others, in
this case the case continues its normal course against the parties who rejected the request.
