Apply For Reactivating Enforcement Application

A service the enables the enforcement applicant to request reissuing the decisions against the debtor after the end of the agreed grace period

Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On
Choose all electronic services
Click on the "enforcement" icon
"Click on " Apply for reactivating enforcement application
"Click on "submit a new application
Choose the relevant enforcement order
"Click on “Other motions
"Choose “Apply for reactivating enforcement application
Add reason
Upload attachment
Save and send
Enforcement applicant and debtor will be notified once the motion is approved

A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
Application status must be: “Grace period granted"
Grace period has ended
If the enforcement application was filed by several applicants, all of them must file the motion

The application filer must be the enforcement applicant or his agent, or the representative of a corporate personality

Individuals , Private Sector , Commercial companies , Gulf citizen , Excellent stay , Student , resident , citizen , Non-profit organizations , Investor , visitor , Small and micro enterprises
