Apply For Transfer of Garnished Amount

Ministry Of Justice

This service allows the enforcement debtor to apply for the transfer of an amount garnished from his bank accounts in order to repay the debt, lift the measures and end the enforcement application

Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On
Choose all electronic services
Click on the "enforcement" icon
"Click on "Apply for transfer of garnished amount
"click on "submit a new application
Choose the relevant enforcement order
"Click on "Other motions
Choose “Apply for transfer of garnished amount
Enter required information (currency; amount; reason)
Save and send

A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
"Application status must be:"Under enforcement
The existence of a garnished amount with SAMA information stating “Garnished; the amount is complete; transfer failed” or “Garnished; the amount is incomplete” or with the Capital Markets Authority information stating “Stocks have been garnished"
No similar motion exists within the past 30 days
