Release of Down Payment Hold

General Real Estate Authority

The Earnest Money Release service is an electronic solution that allows beneficiaries to release the reserved earnest money, either with the consent of all concerned parties or automatically upon closing the deal. This ensures flexibility and ease in managing financial transactions.

Share The Page

The user logs into the Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
Clicks on "Requests" and selects "Release of Down Payment Hold Requests."
A list of all down payment hold release requests will appear.
The user can click on the search icon to define the search criteria.
A search window will appear, allowing the user to specify the details of the requests to search for.

When closing the deal, the reason for releasing the deposit is selected as "Deal Closed."
The beneficiary can upload attachments, and a text message containing a verification code is sent to their mobile number.
A notification message will appear, informing the beneficiary that the request has been submitted, and they will be notified via text message once the request is approved.

A text message is sent to the beneficiary's mobile number to inform them of the request status, whether it has been approved or rejected.
