Postponing the collection of customs duties

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority

The service allows importers to seek a 30-day postponement of customs duty payment in order to encourage the private sector and allow them to continue conducting business.

Login to ZATCA’s Website.
Choose the required service (postponement of collection of fees with a bank guarantee) or (postponement of collection of fees by documentary obligation).
Agree to the terms and conditions and fill in all required fields.

Provide financial statements through “Qawaem” program in case you wish to obtain a postponement.
Providing a bank guarantee after approving the postponement request under a bank guarantee.
