An electronic service provided by the general food security authority, allowing beneficiaries to apply for approval to export a specific quantity of flour according to a number of conditions and requirements without need to review authority.

The service is provided to milling companies approved and licensed by the General Food Security Authority.
The presence of surplus production capacities at the mills company after meeting the entire local demand.
The company pledges not to prejudice the local market’s need for flour quantities.
The company pledges to maintain local stocks of flour determined by the General Food Security Authority.
Payment of the value of the subsidy determined by the Authority for the quantity of wheat used in producing the amount of flour to be exported, which is determined according to the pricing mechanism approved by the Authority.
Removing the Kingdom’s registration and pricing data from the packages to be exported (if any).
Pledge to write the phrase (Made in Saudi Arabia) on the packages to be exported, in accordance with the requirements of other relevant authorities.
Milling companies may export with the importer's trademarks, provided that the phrase "Packaged by (name of the milling company) company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" is written on the packaging.
The company has no right to export flour in bulk.
The Authority has the right - at its discretion - to suspend export permits issued by it whenever the need arises.
Milling companies have the right to import wheat without subsidies and export flour equivalent to the quantities of imported wheat.
