An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which allows companies planning to conduct Assemblies (Ordinary or Extraordinary) to electronically submit Assembly results and necessary documents in compliance with the Companies Law, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the Ministry branches

Click on Start Service
Login to the account (username and password or national access)
Click on the icon (upload the results of the assembly after its convening).
Click on the "Send Request" icon.
Provide the Ministry with the results of the association and the required documents in accordance with the provisions of the companies through the option "Inform the Ministry of the association's documents"

There is no

A voting card for each shareholder.
Attach the minutes of the meeting.
Attach the minutes of the vote count.
Attach the attendance sheet.
Attach the authorization/proxy in case of attendance by proxy.
Attach the Board of Directors report, in case of voting on it.
Attach an approved resident report, in case the capital increase is in kind.
Attach the auditor's certificate, or a bank certificate of depositing the amount of the capital increase, in case the increase is cash.
Attach the final report of the liquidator, in case of voluntary liquidation.
Attach the judicial ruling, in case of judicial liquidation.
The following must be attached, in case of an extraordinary meeting: - A comparison table before/after between the prepared resources. - The approved bylaws. - The bylaws after the proposed amendments to the meeting, in (Word) format.
