Social Development Bank

An electronic service for applying to a product offered by the Social Development Bank. It is targeted at widows, divorcees, and people with disabilities to support them in coping with life challenges without visiting the bank branches.

Enter through the unified national access portal
From the Individual Products page, choose Kanaf Financing
On the request page for new financing, the branch is selected
Private data is filled in (the customer data available in Yaqeen is called up)
Confirm the accuracy of all data and save the application (you can modify the financing data and complete the application later from the options bar and choose an option (financing data)
Choose the required monthly installment and the option to subscribe to the Zod product
After the order is completed and saved, it will be displayed on the My Orders page
The required documents are uploaded and then click on the Save icon (you can click on the Save icon for each ready document and to complete it later if complete documents are not available)
If the documents are complete, click on the Approval All Files icon
The application journey has been completed and the customer is shown the application number and expected processing period

Financing conditions for widows and divorcees:
The applicant must be between 25 and 55 years old.
The marital status must be (widowed - divorced) and there are no dependents required.
The monthly income must not exceed 8,000 riyals.

Conditions for financing people with disabilities:
The applicant must be at least 18 years old and not more than 70 years old.
The disability must be physical (motor) or sensory (hearing - visual).
The monthly income must not exceed 8,000 riyals.

Government employee/government company:
A photo of the applicant's ID.
IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
A bank statement for the last 3 salaries, certified by the Commercial Bank.
A certificate of periods and wages of the subscriber, issued no more than 60 days ago, from the Social Insurance website (if the applicant is subject to the Social Insurance system).

Private sector employee:
Applicant's ID photo.
IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
A detailed statement of the applicant's salary, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and signed and stamped by the applicant's employer, and the date of signature does not exceed 60 days.
A certificate of the applicant's joint periods and wages, and the date of issuance does not exceed 60 days from the Social Insurance website.
A copy of the sponsor's ID.
A detailed statement of the sponsor's salary, signed and stamped by the sponsor's employer, and the date of signature does not exceed 60 days.

approved entities:

A certificate of the sponsor's joint periods and wages, issued no more than 60 days ago from the Social Insurance website (if the sponsor is subject to the Social Insurance System).

Retired insurance
A copy of the applicant's ID.
IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
A statement of the applicant's retirement salary from the website of the General Organization for Social Insurance.
A copy of the sponsor's ID.
A statement of the sponsor's salary, signed and stamped by the sponsor's employer and signed no more than 60 days ago.
A certificate of the sponsor's joint periods and wages, issued no more than 60 days ago from the Social Insurance website (if the sponsor is subject to the Social Insurance System).
