Requesting Maternity Leave

Ministry Of Education

An electronic service which allows the workers in the education ministry to request a maternity leave using the Faris system without having to visit the ministry headquarters

Service Level Agreement

Start the service

Share The Page

Log into the Faris service portal.
Next, navigate to the employee's account within the service.
Click on the main menu.
Select the validity option for the employee's self-service.
Choose the requests list.
Then, choose the leave requests option.
Next, select the leave request.
Select the maternity leave type on the next page.
Choose the start date of the leave and the end date.
Click on the icon to calculate the period.
The program automatically calculates the period and verifies the validity of the employee's leave period.
After that, the system requests to upload the attachments
Click on the check button.
Attach the family record document, though it is not required.
The request summary page then appears for data review.
The application is sent to the competent authority after verifying all the entered data.
The application status remains (pending) until the application procedures are finalized.
