Human Resources Development Fund

It is a program aimed at developing graduates with diplomas/bachelor's degrees or higher in order to provide them with practical field experience.

Choose to register for on-the-job training
Agree to the terms and conditions and then click on Next
Choose the academic degree (diploma graduate - bachelor's graduate or higher) and then click on the next
Click Next and then click Record

To be a Saudi citizen
To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund
To have a diploma degree from health and administrative institutes and colleges for a period of not less than one academic year from an accredited institution (two semesters), or the applicant should have a bachelor's degree or higher
That the records of social insurance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social
Development indicates that the job seeker has not been registered for any job during the previous three months
He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector
The individual should not be on the list of those prohibited by the Human Resources Development Fund
He should not have benefited from the Graduate Development Program for no more than two opportunities, with a maximum of 6 months for both opportunities.
